Bharat is a land which has perhaps given birth to the maximum number of brave kings, queens, brave warriors, social workers, gurus and saints who led the world then, and are looked over for LEARNING LEADERSHIP even in morden times.
With the era of modernisation, western world not only outperformed us in advancement but also produced and are still producing far more leaders as compared to us. The simple reason they are able to do this is because they are still after it. They still want their child or their family members to lead somewhere, whatever be the field. They still value the image that America leads the world and they want this to be maintained and continued. They are proud as a nation and to be called as Americans.
And this is the very point why we were left behind. By 2022 it's no longer a secret that in our nation we are made literate not to lead but to serve. What surprises more is the fact that parents and the youth themselves take steps and classes for every activity from dance, music to gym and subjective tuition. They can even attend spoken and communication classes. But LEADERSHIP... !!!!
80% of the nation's population count politicians as leaders, and will name only them if you ask them to name a few leaders. And the process and guiding set to be a leader (though there can't be any fixed step for it, but vary) is a subject like MARS.
For me , Highest quality a human can possess is LEADERSHIP, whatever the field be. And whoever has it leads, whether it be nation or being. Some may consider leadership to be a post or highest authority, but it's far more a responsibility by will.
In conclusion, I would say that BHARAT has talent and zeal; because of which we work day and night; in summer, winter and rain; from local shops to global firms, as a child and as an old; for roti to car and house. But what we miss is early age awareness of the importance, benefit and outcome of Being a Leader. If this is made happen ; World will see the uprising of the Heritage history reviving again. Again this land will witness BUDDHA and SHIVAJI maharaj growing as a child with different names and not just their statues as we see today.
